PARENTING YOUNG CHILDREN - Jim Barnes
This seminar will train you how to parent young children from a Biblical perspective. Special attention will be given to:
- Biblical principles of parenting
- Practical “how to” methods of parenting
DEVELOPING YOUR SPIRITUAL GIFTS - Kevin Kimball
Every Christian has at least one spiritual gift given at conversion to serve the church. This seminar will equip you to:
- Discover your spiritual gift
- Develop your spiritual gift for faithful service within the Body of Christ.
HOW TO READ THE PSALMS - Mike Goethe
The Psalms are very “real” as they describe walking with God in a fallen world. This seminar will help you:
- Understand the various types of Psalms
- Teach you how to study the Psalms and apply them to your life today.
DEVELOPING A CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW - Jim Dallery
Romans 12:2 says that we are to “renew our minds” as we grow in Christ-likeness. This seminar will help you:
- Think Biblically about all areas of life
- Develop critical Biblical thinking skills
YOUTH PARENTING SEMINAR - Special Speaker: Dr. Bob Montes, Ph.D.
Parents will be given a Behavior Analysis to assess their children and have the opportunity to address Hot Topics during a Q & A time with Dr. Montes, Andy Pifer, & Jonathan Overholser.
Adult Education at Christ Covenant
The purpose of the ABC ministry (Adult Sunday Schools) is found in our name.
We desire to build genuine communities within the church, centered around the teaching of God's Word. It is our goal to teach all of God's Word, so that each
adult will grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
We offer a variety of classes throughout the year by using the following schedule:

The God Who Is There | Teachers: Jim Farley & Martin Martin | Classroom A
This class will study and discuss what the Bible teaches about the nature of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
Life In God’s Family: Why the church is so important for your spiritual development | Teacher: David Forbes | Classroom B
This class will focus on: The nature and plan of the church, understanding and using your spiritual gifts and learning to serve and love others in the church.
History Of The Reformation | Teacher: Paul Fitzgerald | Classroom D
The Reformation was one of the greatest turning points in the history of the church. Join us as we study the people, theology, and the impact of the Reformation on the church and our lives as believers.
Faithful Women and Their Extraordinary God | Teacher: Peggy Tragesser (Women's Class) | The Blink (Children's Wing)
Hebrews 1 is a Biblical mandate to study the work of our extraordinary God working in the lives of His people. This class will examine the lives of women who have been faithful throughout their lives.
10:50 a.m.
Finishing Well | Teacher: Bill Morgan | Classroom A
The Christian life is a long and often challenging race. Jesus promises the prize to those who run and finish well. This class will equip you to finish that race well.
Presbyterian Beliefs (Young Adults) | Teacher: Jim Dallery | Classroom B
What exactly do Presbyterians believe? This class will answer many of these questions using Scripture, the Westminster Confession of Faith, and church history.

If you are a young adult, join us for these ministry opportunities to connect with others who are in the same stage of life.
We have 4 ways to connect you to other young adults:
