Mercy Ministry
Disaster Response
A response ministry to help those who have been affected by a natural
tragedy, both locally and regionally; i.e.: fire, hurricane, flood, etc.
Construction/Repair Projects
A ministry to meet the physical needs of those in need. Projects will be performed, such as roof repairs, ramps, painting and yard work.
Helps
A ministry to meet a variety of needs of those who need help of any kind; i.e. transportation to a Doctor’s appointment, hospital visitation, visiting shut-ins, etc.
Prison Ministry
A weekly ministry to youth offenders, aged 18 – 22, at a local youth detention center. An intensive “torch” weekend is offered once a year.
Transport for Christ 
A ministry to full-time truckers, involving teaching, counseling
and encouraging those whose “life is on the road.”
Senior Meals
A ministry of preparing, packing and delivering a meal one Saturday a month to shut-ins.
Widows Ministry
A ministry to help meet the physical needs of widows.
Choices Resource Center
A center with trained staff to equip women with solutions regarding pregnancy, sexual health and post-abortion recovery.
Compassion Coalition
A city-wide ministry of meeting the various physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the hurting, broken and needy in Knox County.
Mission of Hope
A ministry of bringing hope to the people of rural Appalachia through an evangelical, Christian, charitable ministry. This is done during the seasons of Christmas and Easter through a system of delivering clothes, food, toys, school supplies and construction needs to impoverished families.
Knoxville Area Rescue Mission (KARM)
KARM's mission is to seek to rescue the poor and needy of the Knox area by providing recovery services in Jesus’ name.
