The Music and Worship Ministry is committed to bringing heart-felt, excellent worship to God and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music and the arts. The staff and those involved in the music ministry desire to worship God in highest standard with all our hearts and minds, and to lead the congregation in "God-ward affection".

At Christ Covenant, we worship in a "convergent" or "blended" style, focusing on text rather than style, and Biblical truth rather than personal preference. We believe in giving our best in worship as a sacrifice of praise (Hebrews 13:15). Our prayer is that God will shower his love on us, delight in our praises, and truly "inhabit the praises of His people" (Psalm 22:3).

• Adult Choir

(Open to college age and up)
The Adult Choir meets Sunday evenings, August through May from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Child care for nursery and elementary kids is available. The Adult Choir leads during Sunday morning worship and presents special programs throughout the year. The Adult Choir accepts new members throughout the ministry year.
 
• Kingdom Kids Children's Choir
(Open to Kindergarten through 5th Grade)
The Kingdom Kids meet Wednesday evenings in conjunction with the Midweek Manna program.
 
• The Worship Band
The Worship Band consists of instrumentalists that assist in morning worship on a regular basis.
 
• The Praise Team
The Praise Team consists of solo quality vocalists that assist in leading Sunday morning worship on microphones several Sundays a month.
 
• The Praise! Youth Choir

(Open to 6th - 12th Grade)
Praise! meets Sunday afternoons 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school year. Praise! is currently taking a break right now to refocus.
 
• Drama Team
The Drama Ministry participates in worship throughout the year.
