Elijah: Faith & Fire by Priscilla Shirer
Book Cost $15

Every serious believer longs to summon up the kind of boldness and faith that can stand firm on Mount Carmel and pray down heaven into impossible situations. Yet few are willing to go through the process required to get them there. Strength of faith, character, and boldness can only be shaped in the hidden fires of silence, sameness, solitude, and adversity. Those who patiently wait on God in the darkness emerge with their holy loyalty cemented, their courage emblazoned, and their confident belief in Him set afire.

You’ll study the life and times of the prophet Elijah to discover how the fire on Mount Carmel was forged in the valley of famine. And how the emboldened, fiery faith you desire is being fashioned by God in your life right now.

Visionary Marriage: Capture a God-sized Vision of Your Marriage by Rob and Amy Rienow
Book Cost $15

After years of counseling engaged and married couples, the Rienows realized that most Christian couples did not have a Biblical mission and purpose for their family. The couples had learned some things about communication, sexuality, and conflict resolution, but they didn't know WHY God had brought them together! This book shows that God has a plan and a purpose for marriage and family in the Bible. The focus is on the big-picture purpose for marriage, and the goal of being successful once understanding the purpose.  character.

TUESDAYS  10am- 12pm

books wm coloColossians and Philemon: Continue to Live In Him by Kathleen Nielson
Book Cost $10

We’ll study two of Paul's "prison epistles" - letters written while he was imprisoned for preaching Jesus Christ as Lord. Even in the face of persecution, prison bars could not contain Paul's zeal for the gospel. In his letter to the Colossian church he sounded the alarm of false teaching and encouraged the believers to find sufficiency in Christ. In his letter to Philemon he pleaded for mercy and forgiveness for a runaway slave. Kathleen Nielson helps us see how these messages are still relevant and alive in many ways.
