GLOBAL MISSIONS CONFERENCE 2026
FEBRUARY 18-22
You are invited to join us for our annual Global Missions Conference. We will have events for the whole family that are designed to offer you opportunities to engage with our missionaries and learn more about what the Lord is doing around the world.
We welcome Dr. Don Howell, Jr. as our missions conference speaker this year. Don taught New Testament at Columbia Biblical Seminary for twenty-five years, retiring from full-time teaching in 2019. Prior to that, Don and his wife, Melissa, served for fifteen years with OMF International in church planting and theological education in Japan. His books include Servants of the Servant, which sets forth the biblical model of the servant-leader. He has enjoyed opportunities for short-term teaching assignments in Europe, East Asia, and Latin America. Don and Melissa have two grown children and four grandchildren. He now resides in Knoxville near his daughter's family.
CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
Wednesday, February 18
5:00 - 5:30pm - A light dinner will be provided. (Sign up HERE for dinner)
5:30 - 6:20pm - International Insights - as you finish dinner you will hear ministry highlights from some of our missionaries.
6:30 - 7:30pm - Missions Conference kick-off. We will introduce our visiting missionaries and gather for worship and a message from Dr. Don Howell.
7:30pm - Missionaries and ministries will be in the corridor around the worship center, which will allow you the opportunity to meet them and learn about their ministries.
Saturday, February 21
8:00am - Men's Breakfast - Youth Basement (Sign up HERE for men's breakfast)
Christ Covenant men will gather for breakfast, fellowship and to hear from guest speakers Jason Rennich and Fawzy Attia.
12:00pm - Women's Luncheon - Adult Classroom area (Sign up HERE for women's luncheon)
Ladies, join us as we gather to enjoy lunch together and have fellowship time with our guest speakers, Kim Rennich and Linda Attia.
Sunday, February 22
9:30 and 11:00am - Worship Service - Dr. Don Howell
9:30 and 11:00am - Combined Sunday School classes - International Insights - We will hear from various missionaries and their ministries
5:00 - 6:00pm - We will gather for evening worship in the worship center to hear our closing message from Dr. Howell.
