Dear Family & Friends,
Below are two church plants that are thriving despite Covid:
Warsaw, Poland
Adam and Klaudia started their church several years ago and the church continues to grow. I helped them find funds to renovate and rent a new facility that will be used for services and outreach in the community. Adam is on the left in the picture and the other guy got baptized. When we visit in September we will take pictures of the new facility.
Timisoara, Romania
We met Dani several years ago. He was a co-pastor of an existing church. We challenged the church to start a new one and Dani accepted the challenge. The new church plant recently started up and is doing well. Romania is the twelfth-largest country in Europe with about 20 million people that are primarily Romanian, Orthodox. It is difficult to plant churches there but our guys do a great job of reaching many for Christ. Dani is in the middle of the picture below.
One of the things I love doing is finding funding for new churches. I helped this new church get started with some funds and we are so excited to see this church in person this Fall. Over the 29 years God opened the door to help raise about 3.5 million for church planting with our partners. I love to see our planters get excited when someone helps them with training, supporting, praying, coaching, etc. Church planting is a hard job as the Evil One will do all he can to stop people coming to Christ.
It you want watch the video of their first service. It is long so just watch a little to get the feel. https://youtu.be/08TCUQwnUsg
