Dan and Susan SteereWe are so thankful for all your prayers and support this year!  This year has been significant in many ways, both in our family and in our ministry.  Read on for a short report of what the Lord has brought our way, and what He has enabled us to accomplish for His glory. May the Lord richly bless you!

2017 Review and 2018 Plan

New opportunities in Ghana, Bolivia, and India

This has been a very busy year, and we have seen some major family changes with the welcome birth of Ransom, Daniel and Victoria Steere’s second child, and the joyful expectation of our first grand-daughter – Krista and Brad Gibson’s second child due in March ’18.  Another major change came with the August home-going of Susan’s father, Jack Scott.  We are so thankful for God’s faithfulness through the deep joys and sorrows of life!

There are just a few weeks left in 2017 and I want to take a moment to ask you to consider an End-of-Year donation to Equipping Leaders International. A large percentage of our support comes from one-time gifts, and your year-end gift  will enable us to cover initial expenses for the new ministry year.

Many of you have financially partnered with us in past years, and we are so thankful!  We hope you will continue the gifts that make this ministry possible.  If you have not given before, will you prayerfully consider giving to ELI?

This year, our Ghana team held 19 training events, working with leaders from many different denominations, directly training about 350 leaders who represent over 600 churches and Christian schools both in Ghana and internationally, impacting hundreds of thousands of believers and their children.  In addition to the work in Ghana, I was privileged to preach and teach in Belarus and Bolivia.

Our plan for 2018 is 22 events in Ghana (a new venue has opened in Accra), and at least 1 in Bolivia.  I have also committed to teach 2 events for the ELI India team in May. The additional teaching events and travel costs result in a need for increased support.  Please continue to pray that God will provide the necessary resources.

Susan and I are extremely grateful that you are partnering with us in this gospel ministry.
For Christ’s Kingdom,
Dan
