Growth at CIT continues to advance! Last year alone we experienced 9% growth in our enrollment. We are rejoicing that we have the continuing opportunity to impact the world through equipping amazingly committed cross-cultural workers. However, we are consistently bumping up against the need to expand and reconfigure our facilities to meet the need for more adult and kids programming classroom space in addition to housing and office space.
Just recently we had an offer from the president of a construction company who serves churches and ministries who offered his help in master planning for free. In addition, he also coordinates with an architect who has also agreed to come and assist where he can.

So on May 16 we will have an important meeting to begin the process of looking into the future to see where the Lord is taking us and what this will mean for our facilities.

Would you please pray for us this week as we try our best to determine what our future in the next 5-10 years could look like? And would you pray that on the 16th we will begin to give shape to that vision for our specific location?
