For the past month, life has looked quite different from most spring seasons. This is the same for Cru and our normal spring semester on campus. Even though we have not been able to gather in larger group settings, we have been able to gather in small groups or through online platforms like Zoom. We are still able to proclaim the name of Jesus to students and send Him our praises from all over the Southeast.

Our Chattanooga Cru team still gathers together once a week for prayer and life updates on Zoom on Tuesday morning!

Bible studies have been meeting online to continue to dive into God's Word. I and my junior girls have been specifically looking into the book of Mark and discussing the life and teachings of Jesus during His earthly ministry.

Looking into the next year, I will be interning with Cru for a second year! I will continue in Chattanooga with UTC as well as working with Sewanee. I'm excited to take what I have learned from this past year (navigating a pandemic aside) and apply it to another year of sharing the Gospel with students, building them up in their faith, and encouraging them to go out and make their own disciples for our Lord!

This past year has been an adventure form start to finish and I cannot wait to see what God has for me this summer and next school year. The relationships I've made, the spiritual breakthroughs I've seen, the laughs I've shared, and the goodness of God I've gotten to experience have encouraged me and affirmed me in my calling to intern for a second year with Cru.

Prayer Requests
-Finishing the semester strong and planning for the next one
-Encouragement for students as they navigate the end of the semester
-Healing and peace for the world in a time of uncertainty
-Support raising for myself and my team for next year

jones sydneyThank you for your continued prayers and support in an uncertain time. I look forward to reaching out to each of you to hear how you have seen Jesus in this season.
