Dear Prayer Supporters,

Here is our final update for the year in pictures and captions below. Thank you for your faithful prayers and sacrificial giving to make our work in Taiwan possible! We also have big news to announce: we found a teacher for our kids! Thank you to everyone who has prayed so diligently over the past few months. We will give you more details as they are available.

Merry Christmas, Thomas & Jennifer

mci1Our Malaysian interns Stephen and Yvonne came for 2 weeks to serve and help with our many outreaches. Jennifer has been very busy coordinating our interns and short-term team from Singapore.

mci2The team from Singapore have been a great blessing to our team.

mci3We hosted a thank you dinner for the helpers from our partnering church.

mci4Thomas preached for our Sunday worship service celebrating Christmas. We have been blessed with good, steady attendance.

mci5We shared the Christmas story in 3 different schools to students and faculty. This was in Ashlee and Tyler's school.

mci6We also shared at a school near our Gospel Center.

mci7We did prayer walks and sang Christmas carols in neighborhoods, including in front of several temples. Even the temple workers were very receptive to our caroling!

mci8The short-term team from Singapore came to help us with all our Christmas activities, including a special program for our park ministry. We estimate at least 80 people in attendance.

mci9We held a cookie outreach with nearly 45 in attendance. We shared a Bible story, sang, and decorated cookies.

mci9bMembers from our church helped sing a special song for our partnering church in Chiayi city during their Sunday worship service.

mci9cKids listen to the Christmas message.

mci9dWe handed out hundreds of gifts to children. Inside are Christian comic book magazines that share the Good News in Chinese.

mci9ePlease pray for Yan, next to Jennifer. She is one of our members who we found on the street last week with her daughter trying to flee back to China because she was kicked out of her house by her husband. She has been living with us since then and hopes he will let her back in the house. Please pray for her during this time. Praise God that she has become closer to God than ever while living with us.

mci9fWe also held a big second-hand clothing giveaway for the local community.
