Dear prayer supporters,

It's been a busy summer and hard to believe that Fall is approaching. Here's what's been going on and how you can pray.

1) Jennifer has been doing a one-on-one Bible study with a new seeker, Winnie. Her whole family, including her husband, came to our church on Sunday. We're excited as they seem to be very open to Christianity. Please pray for quick, visible progress.

2) We're excited that 8 adult men have been coming to church somewhat regularly. This is a small miracle! Even men's tea night has picked up with several guys attending. Pray for these men, as we serve and share Christ with them. Most are not yet believing.

3) Ashlee has begun classes at the new missionary satellite school that we've you've prayed for at length. She loves it, and it's sweet to see the joy on her face for simply going to a school in her native tongue. It reminds us to take nothing for granted when it comes to our children. Tyler has begun at a kindergarten run by our partnering church in the city and will also attend the satellite school starting next year. Pray for them both to develop well with their English reading and writing.

4) Our summer English outreach will end soon, so please pray that we'll be able to follow up with all the families and that some will even come to church.

5) The OMF doctor came to see our team last week and remarked that out of all missions teams she's seen internationally, ours seems to be under the most spiritual attack health-wise. Pray that we both will rest enough and see progress in our health. Pray that Jennifer will be able to lighten her workload and go the rest of the year without a Sjogren's flare.

With thanks,
Thomas & Jennifer (see pictures below)

mc4Men are starting to come to our weekly Friday night tea night. Thanks for praying!
