Dan and Susan Steere
I have just left for three weeks of teaching in Ghana. God has graciously provided the necessary teachers and we are all excited to go! Due to the schedules of those involved, the team will actually arrive in two waves.

4 MINTS Classes and More...We Hope to See Some Students Graduate This March

We had to get a bit creative in order to schedule the staffing for this trip. Ray Warwick will be coming to Ghana from a week of teaching in Uganda. He and I will meet this Saturday in Accra and begin teaching in Kumasi on Monday. The following weekend, Stan Armes will fly in after teaching in Nigeria and Dan Gilchrist will fly from Chattanooga to meet Stan in Accra. They will be teaching that week in Kumasi while Ray and I will be in Sunyani. The third week Ray and Dan Gilchrist return home and Stan joins me in Sunyani for the final week of teaching. Confused? Me too!

Despite the confusing schedule (and with God’s help), we will teach four MINTS classes and I will also teach a conference on Biblical Church Leadership (1 Timothy) to the 100+ pastors at Shiloh Bible Training Centre for Pastors. These are all wonderful opportunities! Best of all, these four MINTS classes will enable some of the leaders in Kumasi and Sunyani to garner enough credits to graduate in March. Our first graduates!! It is our prayer that these men will not only continue to bless their congregations, but will also begin teaching classes in the MINTS program.

Please hold us each up in prayer throughout these weeks. We are blessed to be able to go, but the enemy prefers to keep God's people - especially church leaders - ignorant of God's Word. Frankly, the work is too great for us without the prayers of God’s people. But Christ has already won the victory, and we go in His strength and at His command!

Watch for the field reports at the end of each week.

Thank you for joining with us in this great work!

For Christ's Kingdom,
Dan.
