MINISTRY

The mission of Special Needs Ministry is to glorify God by making disciples of our special needs friends and their families through love, service and worship. Our vision is for every person, regardless of disability to be included in the community of the church.

00 snf ice creamOur primary goal is for people of all abilities to experience the love of God and understand the Gospel message. At Christ Covenant, this may be achieved through three ministry models: self contained classroom, hybrid model or buddy ministry. Each person is unique and an image bearer of God. Therefore, creating pathways to belonging will be individualistic to each person’s needs.
“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” Psalm 139:14

snf fallFirst Visit
Prior to attending Christ Covenant, a parent or caregiver will fill out a PARENT QUESTIONNAIRE FORM. A coordinator will contact the parents/caregiver so Christ Covenant can provide the best possible experience for the first visit. An early visit to the church may be needed to help support the family and to prepare for the the first Sunday.
