Men’s Backpack Camping Adventure

Join men of the church (sons are very welcomed and encouraged to come) on April 12-14 as they enjoy God's creation. It will include 2 nights of camping, along with other outdoor activities which include hiking & fishing.

SCHEDULE:
Friday evening: Depart CCPC parking lot in the afternoon. We'll hike 3miles from Abram's Ranger Station to GSMNP Campsite #17 via Little Bottoms Trail
Saturday: Keep camp at #17. Choice of activities:
1. Fishing - 5 mile round trip hike to Abram's Falls
2. Hiking - 12 mile round trip hike Rabbit Creek Trail to Abrams Falls Trail Loop.
Sunday after breakfast: 3 mile hike. We will be returning to CCPC in the afternoon. 

Gear: You are responsible for your own gear, but we will have some to share (stoves, water filters, etc.) and a limited amount to borrow (tents, backpacks, etc.).
Meals: You are responsible for your own meals, but the group may plan meals together as desired.
