We invite Dads and their children to participate in our first ever Pinewood Derby races on Saturday, April 20 from 10-11:30 am! This is the perfect way for Dads/Grandpas/Uncles to bond with their kids in an exciting way! This is for kids ages 2 through 2nd grade.  

The official pinewood derby kit must be used (picture below). You can purchase the kit through Amazon via the link below.

To participate, cars must pass inspection with the following guidelines:Width shall not exceed 2-3/4 inches.

1. Length shall not exceed 7 inches.
2. Weight shall not exceed 5 ounces.
3. Axles, wheels, and body shall be from the materials provided in the kit. Additional wheels can be purchased separately.
4. Wheel bearings, washers, and bushings are prohibited.
5. No lubricating oil may be used. Axles may be lubricated with powdered graphite or silicone.
6. The car shall not ride on any kind of spring.
7. The car must be free-wheeling, with no starting devices.
8. No loose materials of any kind are allowed in the car.
