COMPASSION MINISTRIES MOBILE FOOD PANTRY at Cornerstone Church (12813 Kingston Pike)
1. We will have an early shift of volunteers, noon-2pm, to prepare boxes in advance of the afternoon Mobile Food Pantry. 5-10 individuals needed
2. The second ‘shift’ would arrive at 2pm who will prepare the line out front, which will be open to the public 3-4:30pm. At 3pm, our volunteers will load the food into the cars out front of Cornerstone Church. We will serve roughly 100 cars. Some of our team will be out front, but others will be in the back with perishables so that the food will not sit in the sun. The process of cars would end at 4:30, and between 4:30 and 5 is clean up.
