Community Groups 1Community Groups are designed to build Godly, loving relationships within the church that are committed to knowing, loving, and serving Jesus Christ. These groups are built around God's Word and Christian community, recognizing our need for others to encourage, challenge, and support us in faith as we wrestle with the difficulties, joys, and unknowns of life. Community Groups are for active members of Christ Covenant who desire to live life together. If you are visiting or have only been attending Christ Covenant for a few months, we ask that you first get involved in Sunday service, Sunday School, a Bible Study, Wednesday night study or other areas before considering joining or creating a Community Group.

Community Groups range from 12-14 members that meet either inside or outside of the church. Each group determines the day, time, frequency and location they would like to meet. There are two ways one can get involved in a group.

  1. START a new group and gather those who you like to live alongside
  2. JOIN by being invited to an existing group or being placed in one by the church

If you are interested in being a part of a Community Group, we strongly encourage you to consider starting a new group. This is the fastest and most effective way to begin participating in a Community Group. If you would like to start a new group or join an existing group, please fill out the corresponding forms below.

Once you have submitted the form, someone from Christ Covenant will reach out to discuss the jprocess. If you have any questions, please send an email to cpifer@christcov.org

If you are new to Christ Covenant and are interested in getting involved in a small group, please consider joining a Wednesday night study. This group meets in classroom E at the church from 6:00 – 7:30pm. Childcare is provided, and it is a great way to meet Christ Covenant members and begin getting involved!
