Hello wonderful ministry team! I truly hope that during this season of caution you are still able to enjoy some of the activities you love this summer! Due to COVID-19 shutting down all of our mission trips, instead of Prague, I am spending my summer in Chattanooga, raising support and hanging out with students. I am so thankful for all of your support and prayers this past year and hope you will be able to join me for another year of Kingdom building! If I have not already reached out to share about my year, I look forward to talking with you this summer. It has been a blessing to see God provide everything I could ever need in this time and see how the body of Christ comes together to share the good news with others.

This time has been really refreshing in some ways and really difficult in others. Kinsley (Above, far right) is a senior studying philosophy and religion at UTC. She has such a love for Jesus and is a constant reminder of what it looks like to live by faith in the Lord. Kinsley lost her job because of quarantine and was struggling to pay her rent. She told me a sweet story about how the body of Christ provided for her need. Her local church in Chattanooga took up written prayer requests and she asked for prayer to find a job so she could pay her rent until the end of the summer. Her church called her up later and asked to meet and for her to bring a copy of her lease so that they could pay for her rent July and August! It's so great to hear how God connects those in need with those who desire to meet those needs, and I am so happy that Kinsley was provided for in such a beautiful way.

 
This month we will be hosting a virtual prayer night for our students and staff. We are excited to come together and kneel before the Lord in thanksgiving and petition to pray for our ministry, our students, our country, and our world.

Prayer Requests

-for all of our students who have lost jobs or are having difficulty finding them during this season
-for wisdom for how to best care for our students who are personally hurting during this time due to the social injustices our country is experiencing
-that we will be able to still have our golf tournament and raise funds for this coming school year
-for our two new interns raising support - that the Lord will bring in their full support before August.
