Dear Christ Covenant,
So much has happened in the last 12 days since our last update.  We asked people to pray for our eventual return to the US.  Just a few days after our update, we received a call from the US embassy in Honduras saying that there was a military flight leaving from a military base in Comayagua, Honduras the following day and would be going to Norfolk, Virginia.  We decided that this seemed like the best option since we weren't sure if our rescheduled return flight for April 1 would be canceled.  We were told to meet at a hotel in central Tegucigalpa where we would go through a heath screen and then be bussed to the the military base in Comayagua, about 1.5 hour bus ride.  When we arrived at the military base we were told that we would be riding a C130 military plane along with about 80 other Americans who were trying to get back to the US.  It was about a 5 hour flight, from Honduras to Norfolk.  We are very grateful for good friends who picked us up in Norfolk and took care of us while we got a flight back to Atlanta where our car was located.  We are now back in Knoxville.  We can't thank everyone enough for all their prayers.  This is a wonderful story of the Lord's provision that we will often turn to and remind our children of when doubt creeps in.

On a much sadder note, while we were in Honduras, Maggie went to the doctor because she was having some complications with her early pregnancy.  We found out that the baby wasn’t measuring correctly nor was there a heart beat.  We decided to wait until we got back to the US to do anything.  Yesterday we went to the doctor here in Knoxville and confirmed that indeed there was no heart beat nor growth of the baby in the 10 days since we saw the doctor in Honduras.  Some of you may know that this will be our third miscarriage and we are again deeply saddened by this loss.  We teach our children the result of the fall is that instead of being holy and happy we are sinful and miserable (Children's Catechism Q34).  We long for a day when we are, by the grace God, through Jesus' death and resurrection, holy and happy.   We long for "Canaan's fair and happy land" where "sickness, sorrow, pain and death, are felt and feared no more", (On Jordan's Stormy Banks, Samuel Stennett).  Though this doesn't take away the pain of loss, we are ever grateful for the family the Lord has seen fit to give us.

Praise
- Praise the Lord with us for his amazing provision in allowing us to return to Knoxville.
- Thank the Lord that everyone did extremely well during the travel from Honduras to Virginia and then to Knoxville.
- We are grateful for the medical care Maggie has gotten, both in Honduras and here in Knoxville.

Prayer
- Please pray for Maggie's physical healing and the whole family's emotional healing.
- Pray that we would know the sweet comfort of our dear Savior.
- We ask that you continue to pray that we would rest more deeply in the sovereignty of the Lord.
