Great progress is being made on the Rwanda school project.  We have a team of leaders who are working on the development of this major undertaking.

Pray for the Lord to give wisdom and means to see this Theological University formally started next summer.  Such an undertaking is complex and requires much precision in meeting government requirements.

Also, we are hoping by Oct 1 to have Theophile Rugubira approved by our Embassy in Rwanda to come as a speaker at the ELI staff training involving a major public event in Chattanooga, TN.  This has met with many challenges, pray the Lord will move our officials to approve his arrival by granting a visa.

Ephesians 4:11-16
"And He gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up thebody of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God,... so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into Him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love."

Above is the passage that will become a focus for the pastors to see the importance of godly, character-qualified leadership that is making disciples as their mission.

Thank you for standing with me. I am continuing to prepare for three weeks of intensive teaching, will be carrying a double load in the first week of sharing with my team member Merle Stoltzfus. God has wonderfully provided the teams and I am anticipating great things from Ephesians.
