Door of Hope (PDE) entered the new year with just two girls in the home.  However, it's one of the goals to soon have the home to full capacity which would be four moms and their babies.
Praise: For Carolina's (first girl to enter PDE) graduation as a Forestry Engineer!
Prayer: For the LORD to bring two more moms to the house.

Medical Ministry has been discouraging.  It seems that every time we turn around there is another legal issue or a problem. Roger should be finishing his residency program in April and we hope to have the La Isla clinic back open by June.  **news  on Armenia below**
Praise: Angie, our nurse, had a beautiful healthy baby girl.
Prayer: For wisdom as we walk through legal issues; favor with the government

Seminario Biblico La Ceiba (SBLC) is the name of the seminary.  It opened with our first official class!  We are so excited to see the fruit of years of labor come to be.
Praise: Construction is ALMOST finished!
Prayer: For the first class of students to become grounded in the WORD.

**ARMENIA**

With so many mixed emotions we sold the Armenia property.  Thanks to the hard work of our teammate, Adam, the sell was finalized last month.  There is another ministry in Armenia who purchased the property.  They were in need of expanding their school, so it is with joy that we know the facility will be used for what it was built for.  Thank you to all who have donated with money, prayers and your own physical hard work.  It was not built in vain.  The LORD will continue to use it for His glory!

Tegucigalpa

Iglesia Presbiteriana Gracia Soberana (Sovereign Grace Presbyterian Church) is thriving. In the spring of 2017 a location was rented and the church began meeting publicly.  They have about 40 attending regularly
Praise: For the provision of a meeting location and the growth.
Prayer: For the LORD to continue to grow His Church.

Prayers for our Teguc Team
The Halberts: They are currently in the States on a mini Home Mission Assignment.  Pray for safety and health as they travel
The Pinedas: They are currently doing ministry alone as the Halberts are in the States. Pray for strength in ministry.

Our Family

John:   Pray for wisdom in leadership and as he gets the construction finished.

Kathy: Pray for wisdom and strength as she takes care of the home.
Abigail: Pray for her as she learns how to juggle a job, school and extra curricular activities.
Rebekah: Pray for wisdom as she makes a decision on which college to attend in the Fall.
Josiah: Pray that he will finish well his senior year of school.
Evan: Pray that the LORD would grab his heart and make him more like Christ.
Elias: our big first grader.  We sincerely covet your prayers for our situation with Elias. On the 8th of this month we have a court date. Glenis is requesting his return to her and it is very possible that Elias will be removed from our home.  Pray for the LORD's will to be done.
