July newsletter obviously didn't happen. I don't know why I pressure myself to try and get a monthly newsletter out during the summer as it never happens. I always end up doing a combined June, July, August newsletter.
Praises:
1. We had a busy, but wonderful and safe summer mission team season. We are blessed by all the churches who come down to work alongside of us.
2. The Halberts returned to Honduras with their healthy triplets and two toddlers in tow. We are able to go and visit/help/encourage them for a few days between summer teams. Also, their team mates the Marlows arrived in Honduras. They will be spending their first months in language school.
3. Our kiddos are settled back into school and doing well. Our twins are seniors this year!!!
Prayers:
1. For us as we parent our teens in their final years of highschool...as well as parenting a kindergartener....wisdom in all things.
2. We have received several anonymous hate emails over the past two months. For the last three years they have come once every six months. This summer we received multiples. Please pray for wisdom as we turn this over to authorities and pray God will bring an end to this.
3. Unity among our teammates and Honduran partners.
