Treasures in Heaven

There are many ways we can store up treasures in heaven: showing mercy, being persecuted for doing the right thing, loving and serving others in Jesus’ name, forgiving others, praying, fasting, leading others to Christ, and giving your time and resources to help further the kingdom of God. Instead of spending all our efforts accumulating possessions that aren’t secure on this earth, let’s spend more of our efforts storing up treasures that last for eternity.
